How do I order a frame with a prescription lens combination?

Follow these steps to ensure you get the perfect frame and lens combination tailored to your needs:

Step 1: Select Your Eyeglass Model

• Action: Browse and select the eyeglass model you want from our website.

Step 2: Share Your Prescription

• Action: Send us a copy of your current, valid prescription.

• Options: You can share it via email or WhatsApp.

• Note: If you are happy with your current prescription and simply need a new frame, you may proceed directly to Step 3.

Step 3: Book a Consultation

• Action: Book a 30-minute appointment with one of our licensed opticians.

Step 4: Receive Professional Guidance

• Action: Our licensed optician will call you at the scheduled time to discuss your vision needs and recommend the most suitable lens options for you (e.g., lens type, material, coatings).

• Action: Once you are satisfied with the discussion and lens choice, you will need to have your precise eye measurements (like Pupillary Distance or Optical Center) taken.

• Location: This is typically done at our pickup location.

• Special Circumstance: In certain situations, we may provide mobile optician services, subject to specific conditions.
